Frank Samjeske is head of the line of business department "Backend Services" at ATE Software and with this company since beginning of 2007. With his experience and in deep knowledge of Microsoft backend technologies (e.g. SharePoint) Frank has a significant and strategic role in the organization because he has access to both information and processes. His Focus on identity is "Streamlining backends by standardizing Identity".

Jens Peter Kleinau, CIO Rich and Smart Clients

Jens Peter Kleinau joined ATE Software in Summer 2006 as CIO in the business line for frontend development. Since then he is very successfull giving the strategic direction in anticipation and response to business plan objectives. He gained his Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award in 2008 as an exceptional technical community leader. He puts his view on identity by "Simplifying identity and enhanced security for the enduser".


Christian Arnold, Consultant

Christian Arnold is with A.T.E Software GmbH since the beginning of 2006 as a CIO for the Connected Identity and Directory Group. Previously he worked as a solution architect on the migration to service-based architectures and transaction based software within numerous projects in the .NET surroundings. As well as the defining the backendend architecture and implementation of Windows CardSpace into the OTTO Vista Shop, he also developed a Security Token Service based on WS-*. He is the product manager for the Windows Server 2008 related product “Open Standard Identity Management Server 2008” and furthermore he engages himself in the Community and among others he developed a ToolBox Suite for Visual Studio 2005 for the codeless implementation of Windows CardSpace in ASP.NET 2.0 web applications and formed the Identity Special Interest Group (SIG).
He defined common business values why and when to use Identity Management in the enterprise and B2C market. He calls it "Enhancing business with the aid of Identity Management".
